FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES*
Warrenmang can assist in a myriad of ways with fundraising for your corporate group, charity, school or club. Please talk to us about any idea you may have for fundraising, we are always willing to consider your requests as long as they can fit within our guidelines.
Naturally, we would not remain in business if we gave away free wine, food and accommodation each time we receive a request.
We know how hard volunteers work to raise money for so many worthwhile causes, and we do like to help, so we have devised lots of ways to assist where it is a win / win situation for both the fundraisers and Warrenmang.
OFF SITE- WINETASTINGS:
We are prepared to attend off-site wine tastings for your group, depending of course on the size and the location. We will offer you a wine representative to conduct the tasting, but you will need to guarantee sales of at least $360 to cover the cost of liquor licene, travel and wages for our staff member.
We will supply wines for your wine-tasting for an agreed period of time, we will supply an order form designed to your specifications. We will deliver all wines ordered free of charge, at the one time to the one location.
LUXURY BED & BREAKFAST VINEYARD ESCAPE TO WARRENMANG
If you would like to use the above as a raffle prize, or an auction item, we are happy to provide same FREE OF CHARGE providing Warrenmang wines are served at your event throughout the dinner, and available for purchase. Wines will provided at special prices for the event. We also request the opportunity to promote our resort with flyers and announcements at the time of the presentation of the prize.
If you are unable to serve our wines at your event we are more than happy to provide you with any type of accommodation voucher for two person, ranging in value from $240 up to a Indulgence VIP Vineyard Escape Voucher, valued at $600 - includes wines, massages, meals etc. The price to your organisation will be the value of the voucher, less 25% (conditions apply to this offer) The voucher has 12 month validity and includes many benefits.
WINE OPTIONS & OTHER ACTIVITIES
Warrenmang can assist with providing Guest Speakers, Wine Auctioneers, Wine Options Game organisers, Trivia Nights, etc. There is a charge for providing staff for these occasions and we ask that our wines are available for purchase on the night.
