Thank you for your enquiry into wedding receptions at Warrenmang Vineyard Resort. Set on 250 acres of stunning vineyards and natural bushland, Warrenmang offers the most beautiful and relaxing spot to celebrate the most special day of your life.

With our executive chef showcasing the region’s finest products, our award winning wines and professional service, your wedding day will stay in your hearts forever and have guests talking about it for years to come.

Please find following a list of services we offer at the resort, these are a guideline and can be altered to suit your needs and wishes.

Ceremony

There are many places at Warrenmang that would be the perfect location for your informal ceremony. Some couples have chosen to exchange vows at the poolside courtyard, in the vineyard amongst the vines, in our new barrel room (charge incurred), or on the balcony overlooking the estate and Pyrenees ranges. Whatever your selection of location we can assist with suggestions for décor and setting.

The Function Room

Our private function room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the natural bushland on one side and with glass doors opening out onto a paved poolside courtyard on the other. The room can accommodate up to 160 guests for a cocktail party and up to 100 guests for a seated dinner. It has its own bar, which opens out onto the courtyard and also into the function room.

There is a sound system with CD facilities and a dance floor. Band, jukeboxes or DJ’s can be hired to play at the function, please note that sound amplification is not necessary.

Menu

A sample function menu is available for you to browse through; this gives you an idea of the style of food we serve at Warrenmang. However our executive chef likes to meet with you and design a menu that is especially suited to your tastes. Wedding Menu Sample

Our resort kitchen does not supply traditional wedding cakes; if you would like us to serve your wedding cake as dessert; there is a $10 per person fee.

Beverages
The Warrenmang beverage list offers a wide selection of beer, spirits, soft drink, and excellent range of our Estate grown wines. As we are fully licensed, all beverages are required to be provided by Warrenmang. Wedding guests are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the property. Wedding Beverage Packages

Accommodation
On-site cottages and suites can accommodate up to 80 guests.

Saturday/evening weddings

The wedding reception is to be held in the private function room.
If you do wish to hold your reception in the restaurant, then your guests must take all of the accommodation. An exclusivity fee will be charged to the main account. If you would like to have your reception in the barrel room, there will be hiring and set up fees applied.
We are able to offer a maximum of 13 accommodation suites for wedding party and guests.
Accommodation checkout is 10.30am
Due to the noise factor for our other guests, we ask that Saturday night wedding festivities conclude at 12.00 midnight.
Warrenmang wedding packages are for a 5-hour duration and guests must vacate premises promptly after festivities conclude. Otherwise charges will be incurred
Extra charges may be incurred with a long weekend.

Sunday- Friday weddings
We offer a great deal of flexibility for weddings on Sunday to Friday nights. One option is to reserve the whole complex for your celebrations. This offers you the freedom to enjoy the evening without interruptions. The restaurant may be available for your use with a minimum of 60 guests dining and staying overnight. In this situation, any unused rooms must also be paid for (we have 26 rooms in total). Again festivities must conclude at midnight.

Lunch weddings
Lunch weddings can also be catered for any day of the week. The restaurant, function room, deck or poolside courtyard is available until 4pm. Prices range between $40 and $50 per person for a three-course gourmet lunch.

Accommodation

Our bed and breakfast rates for Friday and Saturday night start at $110 per person twin share (four share in a cottage is $75-$80 per person).
For Sunday to Thursday, our twin share rates start at $90 per person, or $60 per person four share.
Children under 3 years of age are free of charge.
Bed and breakfast for children between the ages 3-12 is $50 per child
We have a list of babysitters who have proven to be very reliable and trustworthy, names and numbers can be obtained from your function coordinator
Accommodation descriptions are available on request. There is a range of styles and bedding configurations available.

Transport

Coaches can be arranged to transfer wedding guests to and from Warrenmang
There is also a stretch Limousine Company, which is available for hire.
